Oke, the backup spamfreebbs.com remains where it sits. But i would appreciate it when you make it a decent forum. Just make something simple as we did with the webmaster-backup. For us its easy to redirect all traffic to the backup whenever we need to do some work on the server. And when the server gets wacked again, we just ask techsupport to install a filter to redirect all traffic. It works because the past few day's our backup got 2,500 hits/hour. It does not have to be fancy good looking boards, as long as our visitors find something. And put some button on your mainpage that links to backup...ask people to bookmark. Once a week we will copy the handles datfiles so that excisting peeps can login at the backup too.

Don't rely only on hardware and us. If you use the tools, less terror.
