I have never heard of this problem, but I suppose your IP address changes dynamically. Try the following.

1 Before clicking the download link to RS, open hxxp://www.whatismyip.com (change hxxp to http) in a different tab/window. Note the IP address you have.

2 Click the download link and wait until you get the error message (if you get the capcha (code) type it in). If you have the error message, refresh the tab/window with whatismyip.com. If the IP address changes, you have a problem.

You can try a proxy in this case, but if other people also use this proxy to download from RS you all are considered "one person". Ask your provider for help.

If anybody else has a solution, please post.
