The answer is simple.
Its narrow minded people like you that have allowed this kind of thing to happen.
This has nothing to do with Max.
This has everything to do with poorly written obcenity laws that allow local governments to censor what the public can see by calling it obscene.
They are not going after Max because he's a despicable specimen...and perhaps he is....Thier using him as a test case to see if it holds up in appelate court, and if it does, there will be more cases.
Read the article...even the jurrors didnt want to convict him, but they had no choice because of the vague way the laws are written.

This is just the first step in what will be a few attempts of 1 backwards Florida county trying to control what you can see and what you cant.
Larry Flint went through this when he started Hustler and was arrested for selling his magizine in stores because they were thought to be obscene.
The reason its a sad day is not because Max has been arrested, but because this is just the 1st step for 1 backwards Florida county to try to flex its muscle and tell everyone in the US what they can view based on what they consider to be obscene.
If this Florida county decides that somthing is obscene, then what ever that is, cannot be put up on the internet simply because if its on the internet then its available to that county and therefor ilegall
I dont condone what Max puts out, but its my right as a human to decide for myself what i want to see and what i dont, not some bumpkin living in Florida.
Its a sad day for our 1st amendment rights, not Max Hardcore, and if you cant see that then your just as closed minded and backward as the people who brought this cast to court in the first place.
