I go through the new stuff by clicking here:

You can do the same for videos:
http://photobucket.com/recent/videos/
F5 and refresh is the same as next on the recent pages.
Then I just start searching words
I use regular words and slang and text message words
If you want to search words like whore just put an underscore in front of the word and you will not get the adult content warning.
ie: whore = _whore
The search engine will pick up whore.
