First...

The reason pictures get deleted from photobucket is because of TOS or the user deleted the photos once they find that they have been exposed. I'm sure most of the users didn't know that their pictures would be posted on another website for anyone to see. If the folks at photobucket wanted to, they could shut down all of the sites like this.

Second...

I don't have time to download and check every rapidshare file that would be posted here!
