Subject: Let me say it another way...
If photobucket users keep complaining about this site... photobucket will protect their user, so they will do everything possible to shut down this site, and believe me, they can do it if they want!
I don't want any legal battles, I reopened this board because I liked it and was a regular lurker. I tried to post a few times, only to be shot down from several sarcastic assholes that have nothing better to do than surf the internet for porn 24 hours a day and then get pissed off when a novice posts a find that is new to him.
I have pretty liberal rules on this board, I have it open for everyone to post Anonymously. I have a few Moderators to help me keep the spam and unwanted posts. I could make this board for members only, that would make this much eaiser for me, but I think that we would miss out on some really good finds. I see that we are getting good posts from non members.
I only agreed to keep this board open because I liked it. WMW closed both boards because of the amount of time it takes to run these two boards.
I will not allow any post that I don't know what the content is... thus I would need to download every rapidshare file, and check to make sure that the content is legal.
All that being said...
I will not allow rapidshare or the likes.
