The only problem is that you can get to those photos without fuskering. Many times I have found photos by searching for a specific word and it allows you to view it. Then if you try and go into the album it wont allow you. So if you say you can't fusker, then you wouldn't be able to put up any pictures found that end up being in a passworded album. With that how do you track all of those albums and what have you. Also if you post one of those pics, most people on this site will probably end up fuskering it even if the fusker link is not posted. It all kind of a gray area, and hard to get rid of something like that without the others.
