What you suggest makes a lot of sense. I was slowly coming to the same conclusion myself.
I will gradually come to do things according to this rule...
For the next several posts, however, please excuse me if there are violations of this principle either way. It is not because I don't know how to follow directions. It is just that I have accumulated some links, and I will post them the way I have them - sometimes they follow this rule and sometimes they don't. Reworking the "long" album links into direct links will cost me time that I would rather spend looking for new pictures. And reworking the short direct links into albums is next to impossible: I will have to try to recall the search I did to find them in the first place.
Anyway, thanks for the succinct explanation, and I will follow this advice. You won't see the results immediately, but eventually it will work out.
