Spamfreeforum's mission is to host free forums and other pages with a minimum of adds and advertises. If the amount of money we make, is enough to pay our bills, we are satisfied. Those bills are for hosting, domainnames, scripts, software and anything else we need to make spamfreeforum's service run smooth. To reach this goal we will place banners, buttons or other adds at your free hosted forum and postformulars. We will do this in a clean way. We will never use splashpages (in-between pages that link to your forum), exit- or entry pops or other tricks. In other words......we keep it spamfree AND we expect you to do the same.

Of course we have to set a few rules, so both members and spamfreeforums know what we can and can't expect from each others. Besides our official TOS, we explain a few things in easy to read text on this page/members agreement:

1 - Run a clean page! Its allowed to advertise products that suit adult forums/pages, but do it in a surfers-friendly way. When your visitor has a free choise to check your sponsor its clean. That means banners, buttons and textlinks are ok. But popups, blindlinks, misleading links, auto-bookmarks, installing dialers etc is not ok. Also its not allowed to use members emailadresses for commercial activities. If you are in doubt....ask us!

2 - Keep it legal! Make sure that you get not involved with illegal activity's. Its illegal to post passwords or backdoors to paysites. Childporn, animalsex, rape and simular things things are not legal. Stay out of warez and software-hacks. Make sure all content and permanent links on your page/forum are legal, and modurate your forum, which means you check posts submitted by members. Delete unwanted posts and use the forum's software to bann IP's and URL's. If you get problems with spammers or unwanted members ask for our assistance. Any use of words like "lolita" or "preteen" is not allowed....period!!!

3 - Don't try to mess with us. It might be exiting, but there is no reason for trying to get (illegal) acces to our servers or ftp-server. We have advanced software running to protect our server. Anyone caught exploring that type of activities (hacking) will loose his forum/page and membership in an eyeblink. Depending on how serious the matter in question is, we will also not think twice to introduce you to our lawyer.
