1. We will remove BBS and/or Guestbooks with illegal materials like child pornography, propogand of hate and racism and anything that is not legal in USA.

2. We will remove BBS and/or Guestbooks we will receive SPAM complaints on. You are not allowed to send email, newsgroup, icq or any other SPAM to promote your free Guestbook. You also should not aggresively spam other web-forums and disturb other webmasters because if you do we may remove your BBS or Guestbook too.

3. We are not responsible for anyting posted in our free BBS and/or Guestbooks. We can't monitor 1000's of messages posted daily. It's a responsibility of free BBS and/or Guestbook administrative user to remove any unwanted or illegal messages from his/her free Guestbook.

4. We are not responsible for any service problems, interrupts, network or hardware failures and other acts of God.

5. We do not allow hiding our advertizement banners in any way. We offer a great free service and reserve a very small space for our very small advertizement.

6. We do not allow using our service just as redirect.

7. NO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY. Actual or implied. All models must be over the age of 18. We have established contacts with the legal authorities. All transfers are logged. Your IP and email will be sent via fax to the proper agencies if you upload child pornography or link to it from this network.

8. The words Lolita, underage, illegal & pre-teen shall NOT EVER be used in your site's title, meta tags, descriptions, filenames, username or included in the body of your site.

9. No content that are not licensed by you, the Webmaster, or that are not given out as promotional material by affilliate programs you are promoting. You must possess the legal right to use all content within your site. Complaints of copyright infringement will be forwarded to APIC for investigation. Any webmaster accused of copyright infringement will have their FTP access revoked until the complaint is resolved.

10. No Bestiality, Lolita, Rape, Torture, Password Trading, Fisting, Warez, Hacking, Hate, Mp3, or Anarchy sites. If is illegal, it will be deleted.

11. No posting to UseNet or any other newsgroups using our domain name.

12. No automatic redirects, or any attempts to remove or hide our banners. Doing this will only result in all your traffic going to our 404 page.

13. You will NOT use any scripts to autobookmark, set home page, install activeX controls, use cookies for timed redirect or time delayed consoles. You will NOT use your webspace in any way to take control of any users PC or browser settings.

14. Frames & Iframes are NOT allowed.

15. All Websites MUST be in ENGLISH language only.

16. You need to be at least aged 18 years old. If you are not yet aged 18, you cannot signup as member and start/maintain an adult bbs/forum/messageboard with us. By requesting for a membership and/or bbs/forum/messageboard, you declare that you are at least aged 18.

17. By requesting and accepting a membership with us, you declare that you have readed our T.O.S and agree with it.

We reserve our right to change these rules anytime and to remove any user we find unacceptable for us anytime.
